1. Purpose: This machine is suitable for filling and capping various flexible packaging bags with suction nozzles, such as beauty water, sports water, soy milk, jelly, condiments and washing supplies, etc.

2. Main materials: The rack is made of SUS304# stainless steel square tube, with an open structure on the rack table; the capping plate and hanging plate are made of SUS304 stainless steel.

3. Work flow: manual bag hanging → automatic quantitative filling → automatic nitrogen filling (blowing) → automatic cleaning → automatic cap dropping → automatic cap sorting → automatic cap setting → cap detection → automatic capping → automatic bag unloading, except Except for manual bag hanging, the rest of the process is fully automated.

4. This machine adopts PLC control and human-machine interface operating system.

5. The hopper part: Made of 304 stainless steel plate, which is easy to clean, strong in rigidity, and not easy to breed bacteria.

7. Cleaning part: adopts V-shaped structure to seal all sides for cleaning.

8. Cover falling part: Automatically arranges and sets covers, and is equipped with automatic cover detection function to realize shutdown without cover.

9. Capping part: It adopts frequency conversion speed regulation method and uses permanent magnet force to transmit torque, so that the capping can be tightened appropriately. The tightness can be adjusted according to the scale, making the adjustment convenient and quick.
