Product feeding – Material is fed into the top supply hopper via a conveyor or bucket elevator.
Dispersion and weighing – Through vibration feeders, the product is evenly distributed to multiple independent weighing hoppers. Each hopper has its own load cell.
Intelligent combination calculation – The control computer instantly analyses the weight data from all hoppers and uses a combinatorial algorithm to select the best combination of hoppers.
Precise discharge – The selected hoppers discharge simultaneously, dropping the exact portion into the package (bag, pouch, or container).
