The Automatic Thermoforming Vacuum Packaging Machine is a high-efficiency packaging system that forms packaging containers by heating and stretching roll films. It uses two rolls of packaging material—upper film and lower forming film, available in soft or hard film types. The machine first heats and forms the lower film through a mold to create the required tray shape, followed by product loading or filling, vacuum or modified atmosphere (MAP) gas flushing, sealing with the upper film, and finally cross cutting into individual packs.
Different machine models can be selected based on packaging size and production requirements. This fully automatic thermoforming vacuum packaging system is widely used for both food and non-food products, offering fast, stable, and high-quality vacuum packaging. It is especially suitable for large-scale industrial production, ensuring extended shelf life, improved product protection, and high-efficiency continuous operation.
