This is a fully automated dehumidifier box filling production line that integrates automatic box dropping, double-layer sealing (non-woven fabric + aluminum foil), and intelligent lid snapping. It is specifically designed for calcium chloride dehumidifier boxes, achieving efficient, precise, and moisture-proof sealed packaging.
Dehumidification box filling and sealing machine core functions and features:
Integrates automatic box dropping, quantitative filling, secondary hot pressing and sealing (non-woven fabric + aluminum foil film), film cutting, cup discharging and other functions, and can be connected to subsequent labeling, shrink packaging and other assembly line equipment to achieve full process automation.
Adopting a measuring cup filling system, the filling volume can be freely adjusted (such as 450g/box) with small error.
The transmission system uses a cam divider and a stepper motor for precise positioning and smooth operation.
Secondary hot pressing and sealing ensures sealing and avoids desiccant leakage.
Box size, filling volume, and sealing film material (such as aluminum foil, non-woven fabric) can be customized according to needs.
The frame is made of all stainless steel, and the acid-resistant aluminum mold is corrosion-resistant and adaptable to different production environments.
The output of a single device can reach 1500-1800 boxes/hour (about 4 seconds/time, 2 boxes are sealed each time), which is suitable for large-scale production.
