1. Filling system

Hopper: used to store potato powder to be filled, usually with a certain capacity, can be designed according to production needs, generally made of stainless steel to prevent material residue and rust.

Measuring device: can accurately control the amount of potato powder filled each time, common methods include screw metering, measuring cup metering, etc. Taking screw metering as an example, the potato powder in the hopper is pushed out by the rotation of the screw, and the filling amount is determined according to the speed and pitch of the screw, with high accuracy.

Filling head: accurately fill the measured potato powder into the packaging container, and the number and shape of the filling head can be adjusted according to different packaging specifications and production speeds, such as single-head and multi-head filling heads, to meet different production needs.

2. Sealing system

Sealing mechanism: mainly heat sealing, pressure sealing and other methods. Heat sealing is to use a heating device to heat and melt the sealing part of the packaging material, and then pressurize it to make it stick together; compression sealing is to pressurize the edges of the packaging material to seal it by mechanical pressure.

Transmission device: used to drive the packaging material for transportation and positioning to ensure that the sealing position is accurate. It is generally composed of motors, belts, chains, etc., and can achieve continuous and stable transmission.

Control system: It can accurately control parameters such as sealing temperature, pressure, and time. The operator only needs to set the corresponding parameters on the control panel, and the control system can automatically complete the sealing operation to ensure the stability of the sealing quality.

3.Other auxiliary systems

Conveying device: responsible for conveying empty packaging containers to the filling position and conveying the products after filling and sealing. It usually uses a belt conveyor or a chain conveyor, and the conveying speed can be adjusted according to the production rhythm.
