The Ice Cup Automatic Filling Sealing and Lid Capping Machine is a highspeed, fully automatic filling, sealing, and lid capping machine designed for cup-packed ice cream and other food products. It is suitable for liquid, semi-liquid, and paste materials. The machine adopts a chain indexing drive mechanism and can operate 24 hours a day. The entire line – from cup dispensing, filling, sealing, to lid capping – is fully automated, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.

Core Functions & Process Flow

The machine automatically completes the following processes:
Process Step Description
Automatic Cup Dispensing Uses a spiral separation mechanism to separate stacked empty cups one by one and place them into molds. Photoelectric sensors detect the presence of cups to avoid missing cups during filling.
Quantitative Filling Achieves precise filling with a piston metering device; filling accuracy ≤ ±1%. The filling system is equipped with a cup lifting mechanism to ensure no splashing or leakage.
Heat Sealing Heat sealing using roll film or aluminum foil lids. A constant temperature intelligent sealing system allows adjustment within 0–400°C to ensure tight and neat seals. UV sterilization can be optionally installed before sealing to enhance product safety.
Lid Capping (Optional) Automatically picks and presses external lids onto the cups. Supports various lid types such as snapon and dome lids. The capping station can be added or removed based on production requirements.
Coding/Printing Integrated date printing unit for printing production date, batch number, and other traceability information.
Waste Film Collect Automatically rewinds edge trim and waste film, keeping the machine clean and ready for continuous operation.
Automatic Cup Discharge A vacuum suction system smoothly transfers finished cups to an external conveyor belt for the next packaging stage.

Depending on process requirements, the machine can perform two sealing steps (two heat presses) or one sealing step plus one film cutting step to ensure high sealing strength.

4. Intelligent PLC Control – Easy Operation

Adopts PLC + touchscreen intelligent control (common brands include Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron). The userfriendly HMI allows operators to view production and operation status, set and monitor parameters, track realtime temperature with lowtemperature alarms, and check fault histories – all for easy operation and maintenance.

5. Photoelectric Registration – Accurate Film Positioning

Equipped with a photoelectric color mark tracking system that automatically detects film position and corrects pattern deviations, ensuring precise sealing alignment and a neat appearance.

Applications

Cup/Bowl Ice Cream (both soft and hard ice cream) – The primary application. Suitable for various container types including cups, waffle cups, and cones. Can support singlecolor or dualcolor filling, surface sauce topping, fruit particle addition, stripe decoration, and center sauce injection.

Other Dairy Products / Desserts – Yogurt, pudding, fresh cheese, mousse, grass jelly, aiyu, xiancao, soy milk, etc. Can share the line with lactic acid drinks and other dairy products.

Jelly / Pudding / Desserts – Various cuppacked jellies, puddings, fruit sauces, and other snack foods.

Beverages – Fruit juice, tea drinks, coffee, and other liquid cup products.

Sauces & Condiments – Sauce, jam, salad dressing, ketchup, peanut butter, honey, and other pastelike materials.

Beyond food applications, the machine can be extended to daily chemical and industrial products by changing the filling system and molds.
