The box filling sealing machine is intelligently controlled via a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a touchscreen.

Automatic Box Dropping: Automatically separates empty boxes or cups from a stacked hopper and precisely places them into the molds of a linear conveyor chain.
Precise Filling: Once the box is positioned, a filling method is selected based on the characteristics of the material—including piston, volumetric cup, auger, or rotor pump
Sealing: After filling, the equipment automatically applies aluminum foil, roll film, or sheet film to seal the containers.
Post-processing: The sealed finished boxes are automatically ejected, conveyed via a conveyor belt, and proceed to the next stage of processing (such as date printing, labeling, packaging, etc.).
