**Working Principles and Standard Process**
 
The core operational workflow of the equipment is as follows:
 
**Automatic Spoon Placement:** Utilizing pneumatic vacuum suction cups, the system automatically picks up spoons from the storage area and precisely places them into the molds.
 
**Precision Filling:** A piston pump is employed to precisely control the filling volume; additionally, the system features a heated material hopper to ensure the proper flow of high-viscosity substances (such as honey), thereby achieving accurate filling.
 
**Automatic Film Placement:** The system automatically positions the sealing film (e.g., aluminum foil laminate) over the spoon opening, utilizing a photoelectric sensor tracking system to ensure precise alignment of the printed pattern.
 
**Dual Heat Sealing:** Through a two-stage heat-sealing process, a robust and secure seal is achieved, effectively preventing leakage and ensuring product safety during transportation and storage.
 
**Finished Product Output:** Upon completion of the sealing process, the equipment automatically ejects the finished spoons from the molds and conveys them to the subsequent processing stage or collection area.
