Filling principle: Usually, the measuring cup type quantitative filling is adopted. The cereal oat milk cap material in the storage cylinder is transported to the measuring cup through motor drive or pneumatic control, and the volume of the measuring cup is accurately controlled to achieve quantitative filling. When the measuring cup is full, the material is released into the cup cover container below.

  • Sealing principle: 

Generally, constant temperature hot pressing sealing technology is adopted. The heating element is used to heat the sealing part to soften the packaging material (such as plastic film). At the same time, a certain pressure is applied through the pressing device to tightly bond the softened film to the cup mouth to form a sealing effect. During the sealing process, parameters such as temperature, pressure and sealing time can be adjusted according to different packaging materials and requirements.

  • Structural composition

  1. Frame part: It is welded with 304 stainless steel square tubes. The whole part is firm and stable, bright and clean. The ground contact part is equipped with solid bolts to ensure the stability of the equipment during operation.
  2. Transmission system: It is composed of motor, reducer, cam divider, template, etc. It can realize intermittent transmission, stable transmission, small impact force, accurate positioning, and ensure the precise coordination of each working link.
  3. Cup drop system: It includes frame, slide rail, cup storage bin, cup push cylinder, etc. The action is synchronously controlled by PLC control system, which can realize the automatic drop and positioning of cups and accurately place the cups in the filling and sealing positions.
  4. Filling system: The storage cylinder is generally made of stainless steel 304, and the size can be customized to meet different production requirements. The filling volume can be adjusted freely, and the quantitative cup filling method is adopted to ensure the accuracy and consistency of filling.
  5. Coding system: It can automatically perform ribbon coding, and can print production date, shelf life, batch and other information on the cup cover or packaging film. The coding temperature is adjustable, and the code replacement is convenient and fast.
  6. Film calibration system: Through photoelectric eye tracking, the alignment position of the film pattern and the cup mouth is automatically corrected to ensure that the pattern position of the sealing film is accurate and improve the aesthetics of the packaging.
  7. Sealing system: Constant temperature (intelligent temperature control) hot pressing sealing is adopted, and the sealing pressure is adjustable. Some equipment also adopts secondary sealing technology, one pre-sealing and two additional sealing to ensure a more secure seal.
  8. Film cutting system: Usually cold punching is adopted, and the cutter is a fine-toothed knife, which can neatly cut off the excess film after sealing, making the packaging appearance neater.
  9. Cup discharging system: It is composed of a slide rail, a slider, a variable speed motor, a mounting bracket, etc., which transports the sealed cup out of the equipment and can be connected with the subsequent packaging production line.
